When she speaks, her words are wise, and kindness is the rule for everything she says (Proverbs 31:26, NIV). – Scripture that was sent to me in email.Thank you Mary Southerland. and I wanted to share a little bit about what was put in the email but put my spin on it. Hope you enjoy!!!

One of the greatest gifts we can give the people in our lives is the gift of a guarded tongue. The Psalmist writes, “Set a guard over my mouth, O LORD: keep watch over the door of my lips.” Someone once said, “Lord, please bridle my tongue, so that on Judgment Day, I will not be guilty of assault with a deadly weapon.”

Have you ever notice the words you say are like seeds planted in someone’s heart, soul, mind.  You may think that they don’t recall or remember what you say.  Spoken word is great because what we plant does and will grow. Question: Is it positive or negative?   Think about it, if we plant negative words, destructive and critical words, our relationships(friendships) will become negative, destructive and critical.

On the other hand, if we consistently sow words of encouragement, our relationships(friendships) will flourish, grow to positive institutions what will provide positive confidence for others.

I have had several friendships in which I thought were very positive for me, but ended up being toxic. I just had to realize that in order for Michelle to grow, you have to LET It GO!!! Bad relationships(friendships) or not good for you.  They tend to drain you more than the other person.

I have taken advice from several positive people around me,  become a positive cheerleader…Be a cheerleader for the people God sends your way. Everyone needs a cheerleader! Everyone always wants someone to encourage them, motivate them to push thru their storm…

“Father, I am so sorry for the careless words I have spoken today. I really do want to encourage and build others up with the words I speak. I cannot control my tongue without Your power and strength. Help me learn to think before I speak. Break my heart when my words hurt others. Teach me how to be a cheerleader for my family and friends so that Your love will flow through me into their lives. – By Mary Southerland

Leviticus 27:33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if hechange it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

Some of us always want to change, be with the change, or adjust to the change…When GOD is working in your life the change has been happening all this time and GOD was waiting patiently on you to catch up.  Those obstacles that are happening now, those enemies whom are in your life to adjust it…GOD has allowed all of this to happen to you. God has did this so that you don’t have to worry about the fight. Exodus 23:22  But if you are careful to obey him, following all my instructions, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and I will oppose those who oppose you.

He has been just waiting for you to see that the bad things that are happening in your life are to make you CLOSER to him, the things that are going on in your life are to mek you realize that “IAMGOD…and though you feel you need someone else…With my GRACE and Mercy, you only need me”  Stop trying to adjust what has been adjusted…Stop trying to change, what GOD has corrected… Thank GOD in advance for all that he has brought you thru and taught you, and continue to bless him thru what you will face going forward.

Exodus 32:33 But the Lord replied to Moses, “No, I will erase the name of everyone who has sinned against me.

Let GOD be the Pilot…..And you stop ADJUSTING the navigator!!!!!!

I’ve learned that some people are peace stealers. They feel like it’s their calling in life to aggravate you, try to make you look bad, and tell you what you can’t do.  Try to tell you things are impossible for you, it is their desire to do these things to shake you and move you off the Path that GOD has you to go!

They’ll try to bait you into an argument to get you upset, annoyed and frustrated. But don’t take the bait! Nothing is worth losing your peace, joy… so you must learn how to hold it. They may think they’re getting the best of you, but in the end, God can use that to take you higher. There have many times in which I felt like there was not a good resolution with aperson and felt that if I could just place my hands on them….then GOD steps in and says ” Michelle, let them be, they don’t me like you do!  They have not experience the Joy and Love like you have thru me.  Give them love my child.  They need your love, your words and your hope for them to become better.”

It is a choice, this is an action and it could be good or bad…but you must choose. How? you say, well try to choose to forgive, how, pray for that person because that’s how you disarm the enemy against you. Know that it is not the person but the enemy who is attacking you.  Know that it is the enemy who is trying to get you to fail… Choose to Love..how? well start by loving yourself.(what if I don’t want to?) it does not hurt anyone but you.  That is where you start, try to stop hurting you….. Choose to Let GO, when the enemy thinks he has a hold on you, turn towards GOD and say these words “I rebuke the Devour In the name of Jesus Christ! Satan you work is DONE!!!”

Scripture says your battle isn’t against flesh and blood, but your battle is spirtual. In others words, that person isn’t your enemy; the accuser—Satan—is your enemy. He’s trying to bring division and get you upset. But when you choose to keep peace, when you keep walking in love and keep a smile on your face, you are overcoming Satans tactics.

It is easier said than done, but as you are trying to continue to walk with Christ and grow with him, Keep you Peace!!!! Love your Joy…Can’t no one take that love that you have….well at least don’t let them.

Romans 8:35-37

Our world is a changing, uncertain place. Many people seek security in wealth, relationships, and power. These things, however, are not guaranteed from one day to the next. Watching the news provides enough proof that any of them can be taken away in a moment. No wonder there is such despair and fear.

For believers, thankfully, reality is not based in what we see. Nor is our foundation found in this world. We build our hope and trust on the Lord, and we believe the truth in His Word.

Even in chaotic times, our certainty is found in God’s loving relationship with us as His children. Today’s passage tells us that nothing can tear us away from our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Therefore, in the midst of turmoil and trials, we have assurance that our lives are in the grip of the almighty God. We can rely not only on His love and presence, but also on His uninterrupted attention, faithfulness, and perfect care.

When difficulty arises and circumstances seem overwhelming, we can respond with confidence and strength because of Jesus. Along with the psalmist, who also lived during times of war and stressful events, we can call the Lord “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust” (Ps. 91:2).

Just something to make you think about…

My horoscope said:

There are no real problems in your life now — only perceived ones. So relax a bit.

Really, whom is this for, surely not for me.  Problems happen everyday in everyone’s life.  What double standard is to be protrayed here.

Then it said this:

You should get all the help you need today as you struggle with your big, new ideas. It’s nice to know you can fall back on others who share your P.O.V. and want to see you succeed!

See what I am saying…. then i said okay… so it is okay to have struggles, but have some one who you can run and tell it to…Well that is easy GOD.  I tell him all about my struggles, as if he does not know already!!!!

Get a line of connection with GOD, he can answer and solve your issues….

Within all of us, I believe, is a  temporary self-doubt. I think to others we may look like we ‘ve got life together, figured out, but we know we don’t. So it hurts when our past, insecurities, failures are thrown back in our face—especially when they involve our desire to follow Christ fully.

I believe that when you decide to follow Christ, you constantly reminded of your failures to stir you off course.  It is a reminder to you to know where you have came from (before Christ entered into your life) and it is a lesson to show you this is what I did, now look at me know and see what GOD is doing.  Even devoted followers of Christ know how hard it can be to differentiate  the inaudible voice of an invisible God. –  when you are in sin it is impossible to hear GOD. God may seem invisible to you because you are blocked or have blocked him out to where he can’t get in.  So when others belittle a choice you’ve made because of your relationship with Him, whom do you believe? Well, I believe in GOD, for he knows my destiny, my hardship ahead for he is aware of all the enemies and all the obstacles that will come up and try to shake me, try to stir me in the wrong direction.  Be encouraged to walk this walk with GOD, for he knows what is best for you.

in the average mind, do you wonder why things don’t every seem to go your way, in the average heart, you always wonder why it gets broken, it is because you are missing the main ingredient….GOD. Thru God, you learn to love yourself and then the love from you showers on others. It was not long ago I learned this…but had to go thru something in order to get to where I am…I am a better woman because of GOD’s grace. He does take you thru things to show you…that those people in which you wanted to love you so much, are not who they say they are, I will send the people whom are to be there with you thru your storm your way, I will give you rest from worrying, I will provide you peace in your heart. You might experience hurt, but it will never be like it was… for you have GOD…and he shows you “how to LOVE”….

Sometimes i believe we hold on to the past because we have not established our future.  I believe that if we were to put interest in learning why our present is so bleak and our future is so far away we can find why the past won’t leave.  I wonder sometimes am I the only one who sometimes,will think about what if.  Well then my what has, and what will begins to sink in and reminds me that “in reality, you do have issues, you do have problems and you have situations that will come back and try to shake you, try to hinder your judgement.” Don’t let it.  Deal with it and move forward.  When life sucks as it will at times, know that you are on of God’s Children and his decision for your life is already determined whether you like it or not.  You have to decide if Loving YOU is wrong… then things in your present and future will never become right.  You have to pick what is more important, heaven or hell.  Things are not as simple and easy as most of us play them out to be, they just LOOK that way. be consistent on your life and be determined on the accomplishments because you might have people in corner one day and they next you are staring at a brick wall… Be encouraged.!!!!
